Whether you require a machine ground finish or a more detailed pattern/groove. For example: diamond, spiral or herringbone grooving patterns can be achieved.

New rollers and wheels can be manufactured from a metal type of your choice to a drawing or sample provided.

Sponge rollers

Open cell sponge rubbers are available to be machine to most sizes and can be bonded to a roller and then machined or supplied as a tube without metal insert.

We offer a wide range of tape with various textures to form the outer layer on roller coverings. They can be provided with or without an adhesive backing.

Materials include: Natural rubber, PVC, polyurethane, Nylon, Silicone, Cork, Felt and wool plush.

Heat resistant and antistatic materials are also available.
